Customer service was phenomenal. It was my first time here. I was greeted at the gate. Informed of all services offered. And I was in and out in a flash. Environment was clean, and beautiful. I recommend this place all year long.
Bubble Up Express is fast, affordable, and well maintained. The staff are fantastic- friendly, professional, and attentive - and the value is hard to beat. My only gripe is the wash itself: over time it feels like fewer suds/chemicals are used, so the car comes out just okay. Still, for price and service, this place delivers.

My only gripe is the last two times I've driven into this car wash, my vehicle comes out with damage to the trim. I've lost two chrome trim pieces to this car wash on my Lexus ES350. The first time I thought the trim was loose or melted, but the 2nd time was no accident. Those side-wall brushes are aggressive as heck. Would really love to come back, but I think I'm going elsewhere. There's tons of disclaimers that say they aren't responsible for any damage so why bother.
