Product and service are exceptional. I was down from another state to visit for the holidays and needed my truck washed. The owner took good care of us and was super friendly.We will be recommending the car wash to all of our friends when they are in Burbank

The name of this place is Burbank Express Car Wash, but for some reason, I'm always waiting upwards of 30-45 minutes to get a car wash here because there's always a line no matter when I come. The only reason I keep returning is because the machine they have is very good and my car comes out looking great, but there are other car washes in the area that do a similar job and are more express than this. There are even some that will do a hand detail in a shorter time than the wait for this automatic car wash. The vacuum area they offer is small for only a few cars, but works fine.If they can figure out how to speed things up without taking anything away from the quality...read full review

It's a pretty good drive thru car wash. Like I mentioned it is just one car at a time so plan on about 4-5 min per car. I was 6 in line so I waited about 25 min for my turn to wash. My car was FILTHY, but I just picked the medium wash since I didn't want the wax. It got clean. There were still some stuck on tree bits, but those only came off when I scratched with my fingernail so my car really needs a good scrubbing. I just didn't want to pay for a detail at this time. Over all I was happy and would come here again.
