“I took a new Alexander Wang sweater to Maureen, which had never been worn, thus, the price tag was still attached. As I removed the price tag (I admit, quite carelessly in my haste) I ripped the sleeve. It was an ugly rip and not on the seam. I was doubtful it could be repaired. To my utter surprise, not only did Maureen repair the sweater, however, if my life depended on it, I would not be able to find evidence of any repair whatsoever. She works in excellence, her prices are reasonable, and although I live in San Diego, I will continue to send my clothing to her when needed. Maureen is a gem and I strongly recommend her...you will not be disappointed!“
“Got my pants hemmed, and it was super fast and well done. The service was friendly, and I’ll definitely come back next time. Highly recommend!“
“I bought a dress here for my sister's birthday, and I think I've found the best one here.“
“They offer a good and professional service. Their prices are very reasonable. I would strongly recommend this store.“
“She tailored my work uniform perfectly in just a few days. Happy to support a local small business“
“I am a certified Mrs. Chong lover. She is honestly the most caring tailor I have ever met. She truly has a heart of gold, and she gives off a loving Korean grandma energy that I absolutely adore. I would recommend anyone to go here as she is simply the best. She offers great prices, has a quick turn around, and her work is top notch. In Mrs. Chong we trust.“
“Lina altered my wedding dress this spring and I had a nice experience. At my first appointment, she meticulously pinned and made sure everything looked the way I wanted. She even paid special attention to my unique bust of the dress, which I had a hard time finding a bra for, and gave me suggestions for bras. She also has good attention to detail - she noticed that a small chunk of the seam of my bust was showing (like that from the shop) and she added a leaf of lace from my gown onto the bust to hide it, all without me even asking and I loved that. Parking here is kind of confusing. Street parking is easiest as the lot only has a few spots and is shared with a few other businesses. I also didnt like the dressing room - it was cramped and had some junk stored in there, which didnt make me feel very bridal as I was trying to put my dress on for her. It's a tiny shop - no bells and whistles, so it is what it is. But Lina is detailed and kind and I felt prices were fair. I spent about $650 - waist and bust taken in, adding a bustle, and shortening length were the three major changes though she also did some smaller tweaks. It only took two appointments for me though she includes three.“
“Excellent service and great people! I took two gowns to the store. One was stained and the other had sweat marks because I danced the night away at my cousins wedding. Both dressed cleaned and retuned to me in pristine condition, no smell of chemicals, and with no stains on them! The guys there were very honest and told me they weren’t sure if the stains would come out and I really appreciated their honesty. I recommend this dry cleaner to anyone looking to get their clothing professionally cleaned.“
