Left my favorite Hugo Boss suit here. Never got any calls and forgot about it for a year until I needed it for a wedding. Guy on the phone said they gave suits away to Salvation Army. There goes $1,000.00.
Went to take my suits to get dry cleaned, the place was completely closed and had a number that said to text for pickup. I texted the number yesterday around 4-5 and they said they would pick it up, have not heard back from them since and it's 11 AM on Sunday. I even messaged again this morning and still heard nothing back. Unprofessional service I would reccomend going elsewhere if you need something cleaned or altered in an ideal time.
