I had my hair highlighted by Yumi last week and it was a terrible job. I had to go to another salon to redo the highlights and bring the color to the roots of my hair The highlights Yumi did turned out brassy/yellow and were an inch from the roots. Writing this review to save anyone else having to go through the expense and heartache of having a botched highlight.

I had my hair highlighted by Yumi and it turned out terrible. Thick yellowish streaks, about an inch from the roots. So bad I had to go somewhere else to fix the color. I'm putting this out there so no one else has to go through this experience and cost. I wish I could add a picture of the blotched highlights.

Mika has been taking care of my hair and she is highly recommended to everyone out there, male, female and kids. She is: 1) experienced hair stylist and make up artist in Japan 2) has great knowledge on how to take care of your hair and gives you suggestions on what you can do when asked 3) colors my hair perfectly and make my hair shines! 4) very reliable and professional 5) speaks Japanese and English 6) keeps her section super clean Each time she takes care of my hair, I leave with the feeling of "oh boy! I look so good!". I love how my hair shines! Thank you Mika each time, and I am very lucky that I found you as my hair stylist.
