“I have a 5-star January 2016 review of Helen's old location Spa Serene (now closed) and my opinions haven't changed. A New Day Spa is owner Helen's original location and thank god I found her! I'm a long time customer, been seeing Helen exclusively for 7 years+ as my facial aesthetician. Skin care continues to be important to me and she still is the best for facials. Helen has always been incredibly kind and friendly to me and anyone else I refer. I'll never forget that she got me a cake for my birthday, which was so sweet of her! I usually get a signature facial and eye lash perm. It's such a relaxing experience whenever I go. She also does a wonderful neck, shoulder, and arm massage while the facial mask is setting. Periodically she's tried new treatments on me and I've also done microdermabrasion. Helen is very knowledgable and stays up to date with the latest and greatest in skincare and beauty.A New Day Spa also has an assortment of skin care and make-up products that are available for purchase. I found my favorite tinted primer by Glo Beauty b/c of Helen.Go see Helen if you want to treat yourself!“

“First of all, she has change her location to the bay are. She is in Santa Clara close to Santa Clara university.I got the 10 step Korean facial! It was amazing. I has makeup on and she first cleaned my face and then began her magic! My facial was about 1.5hrs. It includes a upper body lymphatic massage, scalp massage, and aromatherapy. And that’s just the beginning. After I had acne extractions and a mask! And to finally a machine that helps boost my collagen and reduce acne scars among other things! Her place is small and cute! Very personable and catered to your needs! Definitely check her out it’s worth every penny! For the prices she has , you won’t regret it!“

“Definitely recommend Leah for all your lash extension needs! We spent quite a while (maybe 15-20 mins) just doing the consultation since it had been about 2 years since I last got lashes and I really wanted true natural lashes that are 1. office appropriate, 2. compliment my face and 3. look nice for a concert night/holiday parties. She ended up recommending I get a Classic style C curl with 10mm-13mm lashes, with the longest being placed in the middle of the eye and one at the outer corner. It came out really nice, and was super relaxing to lay down. You'll feel really comfy in the heated bed and you might even find yourself meditating a bit since she plays calming music lol or you can also talk to her throughout your service! She is very nice and friendly and you can be 100% honest with her and she will give you her honest professional opinion too on what would look best on you. Definitely would come back again for the next time I want lashes. :)“

However, i did make an appointment with Divya, and there was some sort of mix-up because when I showed up to my appointment, I was told that she had just left. Luckily, I only had to wait a short time for her return.I'll definitely be back, I am very happy with how my brows turned out.Make sure to get a punch card!“

“I did my training here for classic lash set and I can say it was very worth it because I got to experience putting lashes on the mannequin and on a person. Arezue was great at training. She was detailed and gave me a lot of useful information. She made sure I understood everything and answered all my question. I took the single class option but I learned a lot. I recommend taking lash classes at South Bay Lash Academy and I am planning on coming back here for more training. They offer payment plans. All I can say is that investing in yourself is one of the best things you can do.“

“Suite 125 Shay Morici WOW! WOW! WOW!I love the private setting and the peaceful, relaxing environment. This location has a nice outdoor shaded seating area and in the larger building that the suites are located in, is a nice lobby that is air-conditioned with a seating area, coffee shop/ cafe and has security personnel. Most importantly, I saw Shays reviews on yelp from her other salon and was impressed w what was said about her skills. I have been going to her for many years now and have ALWAYS loved my hair. After taking her advice re product and over all treatment of my hair, it went from damaged (I color, curl, flat iron and blow dry my hair) to healthy and full of body. I continue to get many compliments on my hair. So thank you Shay! I will continue to recommend you to everybody I know.“
