Mike was super responsive - called me back within 15 minutes and was at our house 30 minutes after that. It took him less than an hour to set up and clear the blockage caused by grandma flushing a couple "flushable" wipes down the toilet. Old pipes apparently just need the whisper of an excuse to clog.
