Ritchie was great! He came and fixed my toilet right away and made sure the job was done right! Even though it was a small job he still took the time which I really appreciate! I would definitely use them again!!

I needed a plumber right away to replace an electric water heater at one of my rental properties, and someone at Drain City responded right away and scheduled someone to be at the property within a couple of hours. All communication was excellent, professional, accessible, and friendly! Although I was not at the property while the service took place, Richie communicated everything with me, and no complaints from my tenants. Thank you for your excellent service!
