Optum Physical Therapy

Physical therapist has been good. Unfortunately, the experience is ruined by the incompetent staff working at the front desk. Half of the times I called it is not possible to talk to someone without waiting 15-20min. Then, when you make an appointment (in person) and they give you a date and time written on a card, they don't put it in their system. So, when you show up, there is no appointment. Solution: come back another day after having wasted time and cancelled other commitments, or get treatment for 15-20 min. because that is all the time then therapist happens to have available until the next visit.Another disappointment from Optum, no surprises...

AJ is the best physical therapist I ever had. No matter what Physical Therapy is the best for you and they will teach you so many things you’ll never figure out on your own… Better than the doctors better than the chiropractors and everyone else. I love this place.

I've been coming here for almost v5 years now and I have no words but gratitude. Dr. Jose Luis Lami has been my primary care physician and he's been so good to me, very straight and honest and i felt well taken care off whenever i came here. They have clinic in West Carson too but either offices are really good and accommodating. special shout out to Maria the nurse from West Carson Clinic for attending to me during my visit. Well recommended. Offices are very clean!
