I accompanied my 89 yo mother for her Epidural Injection to the lumbar spine. Dr. Minkoff was professional, kind and explained the procedure well. The ancillary staff was courteous and polite. Most importantly, my Mother was happy with the entire experience. I recommend Dr. Minkoff without reservation.

Five stars for Dr. De Leon & five stars for the assistants but 1 star for the actual front of office staff. I don't know what is going on with their front desk people but they can be rude and they accidentally cancel appointments. I feel like everyone cares but the front desk people. Maybe they need a raise to get them in a better mood. Oh and five stars on our wait time never waiting for more then 10 mins

Spent a longer time filling out the forms than sitting in the doctor's office. None of that information in the 10+ page packet was discussed. I basically paid a big copay to get a referral that i could have just gotten from my primary for free.... and provided no follow up or future plan. Will be looking for a new pain management center that is more attentive. Oh and office times on the front door are not accurate. Might want to print out a new paper, shouldn't take too long.
