“If I can give Monica a million stars, then I would. I've always been sparse of eyebrows--practically non-existent. I never really noticed my lack of eyebrows until an art teacher in high school commented on it on a self-portrait I sketched. Afterwords, I noticed it in every single picture. It was a hit to my self-esteem. Finally, I took a leap of faith and decided to get my eyebrows microbladed. I'd heard positive things about the process. I just needed to find someone in my area who I could trust with my face. And that's when I found Monica on Yelp. She had so many positive reviews and great pictures that I felt safe scheduling an appointment. Monica is such a kind and knowledgeable professional. She made me feel very welcomed. She calmed my worries by providing me a step-by-step of the procedure and the healing process. Ultimately, what made me trust her was her genuine interest in the art of microblading--she's definitely a master of the craft! She sculpted my brows based on my face shape and features. She elevated my preferences by providing me helpful suggestions. The procedure was comfortable, and Monica made sure I was relaxed throughout. Pain was minimal. She always made sure to ask if I was okay. The results: flawless -- my brows look incredibly natural, fuller, and perfectly shaped. For aftercare, she provided me with all the hygienic tools needed, including a soap and balm that she specifically procured for microbladed brows. I've received so many compliments already! I'm so happy with how they turned out and highly recommend Monica to anyone looking for a talented and professional microblading artist. I'll definitely be back for any touch-ups in the future! My sister and sister-in-law even went to go see her for lamentation.“

“I would have loved to given Fumi a 5 stars. I love Fumi's work and have sent her multiple of clienteles. The only issue why I did not give her 5 stars was because I did not know she's so strict about retouching your brows exactly under a 12 month policy. She told me the retouch up was around anywhere from a yr to 2 yrs. No where does she mention that if you do it over the 12 months (I mean exactly at 12+months) it will be charged more, $50 more, at $250. I missed it by literally 2 1/2 - 3 wks window. She would not budge regarding charging me the extra $50 for being over 12 months. This was not conveyed properly. I am disappointed because this is bad business, especially, when you are a small business owner. To keep your clienteles, even if it's over 2-3 wks after her policy of 12 months, just explain it to your clients " I am giving you this once but please know next time, I can't offer the price at $200 if its over the 12 months". Especially when they are this great of a clientele! I have tipped 20% and sent her multiple of clienteles. Just bad business... I can underwire if I was months after the 12 months, not wks... I want to go back to her and continue her being my microblading but this kind of customer service leaves a bit of bitter taste in my mouth of greed... (I have waited awhile to write this...) and I just sent her another clientele! My gfs who I sent over will not be going to her wither due to this bad customer services. Place is clean and cute inside. Sadness me how she's a bit disregarding to her clienteles... and more about money making. Tip: I how whoever reads this, don't make the Sam mistake and book right before your 22 months! She will not honor it and will charge you an extra $50!“
