Dr. Masoodi is wonderful and knowledgable, I would give her 5/5 alone -- but it is absolutely impossible to get anyone to answer the phone or return calls here. I've had to push appointments back because I couldn't get ahold of anyone to get my labwork orders emailed to me or sent to Labcorp in time before my appointments, even on the rare occasion they pick up and say they will. Beyond frustrating and will have to find another care provider because of it.

Dr. Rao has been a blessing to me. Her interest in my care has been truly genuine. She has had a lot of patience with me and shows it in the way of explaining where I am with my health issues. Her staff is very professional as well. I would be much happier if I could say my other doctors were like her. Unfortunately my insurance has changed and Will no longer be able to see her. I am not happy about that.

Ok I REALLY want to like this office because I see Dr. Schwarz and she has been phenomenal. She takes her time, explains things thoroughly, and I feel like she listens, something my own PCP does not do. However, the last 2 times I've come for appointments, the wait has been between 30-45 minutes and 1 of those times they literally said "Oh we thought you were waiting for another patient." I've also had a terrible time trying to call and schedule or reschedule appointments because literally no one answers the phone or checks the voice-mail. It's super frustrating. So, as I'm waiting AGAIN for my appointment that was schedule 45 minutes ago, this might be my last visit here. Sad that lots of folx seem happy with the doctors here but not with the organization of things.
