I've been seeing Dr. Chow for about 10 years, since I switched from Kaiser to Blue Shield, and was assigned to him be default. I have never been super impressed, but after a few disappointing experiences I have decided to move on to a new doctor after doing some research. I have had allergies and asthma my whole life, and he tried prescribing a few ineffective prescriptions before realizing he needed to refer me to a specialist. Coming from Kaiser, I didn't realize that I needed to ask for a more experienced doctor for those issues, but he should have known and sent me sooner.
