“Pulsar Construction finished a complete remodeling of our house in Rancho Palos Verdes. It included tackling the kitchen, 3 bathrooms, powder room, stairs, flooring, repiping, electrical work, and painting.
Despite unexpected issues due to our home age (built in 1967), the team resolved challenges like rotten framing and drain pipe cracks.

Thanks to Elena, Dmitry, and the amazing Pulsar team for a smooth process and outstanding work. We are happy with the results and love every corner of our updated home.

“I’ve had two superb experiences with Ryan Novak and his company. In 2016, he replaced my AC/ Heat pump in my condo. It was done quickly, professionally and expertly. Then today, Jose from his company came out to look at my AC (at a different condo) because cool air was not coming out. He quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the capacitor. However a couple days ago, another company said it was not repairable and I needed to replace with a new system, which would’ve been extremely costly. “Definitely recommend Cass for small odd jobs around the house that do not require license or permit. Not only she's responsive but also honest about what she can and cannot help with. We needed to replace the bathroom fan, a job too small for electricians we inquired. Cass first came to inspect and make sure it's in her scope of work and kindly helped to identify the model and size for the replacement free. She came back 2nd time after we bought the replacement and finished the work neatly and perfectly. She'll definitely be our go to next time around.“
