“We hired Unique Remodeling to do an entire gut renovation of our house which included knocking down walls to open up a kitchen, creating a new bedroom out of a 2nd floor den, and completely changing the layout of two bathrooms. I worked directly with Effie who was the day to day lead on the project. I hired Effie because it was clear that he had deep experience actually doing the work. Like any big project, there were a few delays and mistakes along the way. And I told Effie he needs to hire a few more good project managers to make sure work gets coordinated better. But the important thing to me was that Effie was always highly responsive, quick to take accountability for any mistakes that popped up and re-do anything we weren't 100% satisfied with.
