The kitchen remodeling was completed faster than we had expected so we were able to get back to cooking food at home fast. 2. We remodeled 2 bathrooms and both had their own special touch and looked like a custom finish. 3. The project did not end until we were 100% satisfied with the results and little details. “I can't say enough great things about Quality First Builders. This company deserves 100 Stars! After dealing with several other dishonest contractors, Eli and Donna were a breath of fresh air. Finally, I found someone I could trust. At first, I was skeptical because of prior bad experiences but Eli assured me that his team would be different. They have exceeded my expectations in every way. My project was a disaster from using unlicensed individuals that had no clue what they were doing. Eli told me he was willing to take on the challenge and make my home a beautiful new space. His crew is very professional, they pay attention to detail and they clean up after themselves daily. They are friendly, courteous and fast. His team is always on time and they show up according to the schedule. They operate peacefully and synergistically, there was absolutely no drama. They prioritized my needs. What more could one ask for. Eli corrected errors that the prior architect made with poor placing of lighting, dysfunctional cabinet design and sloppy plumbing and water drainage. Eli is extremely organized and a master communicator. He kept me in the loop with regard to every hiccup that occurred with regard to permits and inspections. The only regret I have is that I didn't find him first. They are not the least expensive but they are worth more than they charge. Take it from me! “Quick backstory. The previous owner, in an effort to install the cheapest items before handing me the keys, installed a glass door with a handle and lock that protrude beyond the wood frame and onto the glass part. So it's challenging to hang something that doesn't get caught by these protruding items, or so I thought. We looked around different places looking at trade-offs of quality and price, and finally decided to go with Select Drapery - good choice says my wife! Came by the store and explained my situation. Their son Daniel showed me my options in terms of type (drape, curtain, shade, etc.), mechanical design (manual, automatic) and a few books with 100s of swatches to look through. After explaining my budget, preference of how much privacy we want, and the color spectrum (showing them photos helped), we narrowed the search to about 10 pages of different options, and Daniel's father explained the pros/cons and prices of each one. What was awesome is that he made comments like, "You can probably get something similar to this brand but half the price" Umm, sold! Next they came to my home to measure things out and said it may take a few weeks to get a quote for the materials. A few later they called to confirm the price of my order. Then called back once product was received in store and next day Daniel came over to install. This guy was great - came on time, dressed professionally, did the job in about 15 minutes. I was curious/nervous about the door handle and lock catching the shade as I move it up/down - but Daniel measured it out perfectly that it's literally a millimeter away and hasn't caught once in months. That my friends is what 5* biz is all about.“
