I highly recommend The Tree Yoga without hesitation! I discovered this gem during the pandemic and completed my 200-hour YTT in 2021. Since then, it's become my second home as I delve into my 300-hour training. The supportive community and exceptional instructors make it a sanctuary of growth and well-being.

The Tree is such a special place to do yoga. I have gone to different classes, events and workshops there and come out feeling renewed.

Wellness, balance and support in South Los Angeles, the class included journaling and education about the benefits of gardens and houseplants. Megan was amazing with the teens and The Tree is an asset to the community.
