“My Mac finally died on me without obvious warning. Because of that, I did not have access to my hard drive and all of my photos from the past many many years of my children and many family memories. (Yes I know I should have had a back up system in place). Adi provided me a couple of options. He offered to take the computer to disassemble it, remove the hard drive, and download the requested files to my external hard for a fair price. He also offered that if I felt I was mechanically inclined and had the time to do so (not needing the files immediately), It was easy enough to do the process myself which would save me a great amount of money. Adi took the time to explain the process to me and provided me with the one item I would need to purchase online (this was not something he tried to sell me from his business) at a very small fraction of what he would have charged me to do the work. I ordered the item needed, received it the next day, and had the files downloaded the day after I spoke with him. Because of his honesty and integrity, I will definitely be going back to him for any future computer issues I may have.“

“I took my HP desktop to Will at McPina Technology last week, I brought it over at noon, he communicated potential issues and prices (which I believe were very fair). The HP was stuck in auto reboot/auto recovery mode and the memory was bad when I had tested it.
I had some memory from another PC, which Will installed along with a total download of Windows 11 and I picked up the PC 6 hours later working like new.
I definitely would recommend McPina Technology to anyone need PC repair. I will use them again if needed. I might have Will build me a PC for Sim Racing in the future.
