Adi took the time to explain the process to me and provided me with the one item I would need to purchase online (this was not something he tried to sell me from his business) at a very small fraction of what he would have charged me to do the work. I ordered the item needed, received it the next day, and had the files downloaded the day after I spoke with him. Because of his honesty and integrity, I will definitely be going back to him for any future computer issues I may have.“
