Great work - my daughter's computer had been slow and mostly broken for a few years. Brought it in for a new battery, got a new drive with a perfect copy so everything still worked! And he cleaned up a few viruses/malware that crept on, startup processes that were not needed.And he was so fast, I didn't want to take it to Geek squad where they'd send it in, and we wouldn't have it for weeks. He had it done same day.Great communication, really describes things well. And yeah, very nice cats.

Great customer service. Adorable cats and kittens. Explained the possible issues/how he fixed it in a way I could understand (and I'm not a tech person in the slightest). Good price for the quick fix on a laptop best buy and Microsoft would not fix for me.

I would highly recommend using McPina Technology Services for computer repair. I have a work computer that’s super dated and the hard drive wasn’t working properly anymore. Will had excellent communication and the service was done professionally. I’ll be using him again for any future issues.
