Save yourself the disappointment and do not go here. I recently aqcuired new insurance and was desperate to find a pediatric doctor accepting new patients to get my baby in for a 4 month well baby. After a few calls back and forth, I was able to make the appointment 3 weeks out which is pretty normal. They said they would call with details the day before. The appointment date came and I had never received a call. I checked my voicemail to be sure. I thought maybe they were busy or forgot since my appointment was on a Monday and they would have had to call me on Friday. Well we headed over early and got to the address listed on Google only to find out after some time searching that they moved offices. The people at the old address gave us a sheet of paper with an address and a map. I typed in the new address and saw it was 10 minutes away. I started to call the office to let them know what was happening and was waiting for someone to pick up. The address on the sheet was incorrect as we ended up in residential houses. I took a look at the map and saw the cross streets were down the road and headed there. We finally got to the office about 2 min after my appointment start time (nobody ever answered the phone) and talked to the receptionist. I let her know what had happened and she went to the back to talk to the doctor. She came back and said that the doctor was refusing to see us because we were late. I explained again what had happened and she simply stated that the office called me on Friday with the correct address and that I should have been on time. I let her know that I didn't receive any calls. She looked up my appointment information and repeated my cell phone number and asked me if it was the correct number. It was not! The last digit was one number off. Hence why I didn't receive a call. She went back to tell the doctor and again the doctor refused to see us. They said they could reschedule us but I was not going to wait another 3 weeks for an appointment with such a disorganized and unprofessional practice. Terrible experience.
This place is a nightmare. You can't get prescriptions filled, you can't make appointments by phone. And the people who take your calls just don't care, and act as though your bothering them. My pharmacy can't get my prescriptions either. Does anybody do their job here? If your a patient you just don't exist. I wish my Doctor worked at a better facility.
Calling this place is a nightmare. Not to mention the location on google is not up to date and when I told the people they said they can’t change google. Update the locations if you moved. The doctors are nice and so are the people. But it’s 2024 editing the location so ppl don’t go to the wrong place is so simple… and fixing your phone systems is really not that hard. At least make there a voice mail box, somewhere to email, text? Anything
