“I have been an avid yogi for over 20 years but felt it was time to step up my exercise game...My sister started coming here and kept telling me to join. Finally I took an introductory class with Julia and boom!!! I was hooked. My daughter came along and together we signed up for 2 months at their introductory rate. After that the price is the normal monthly rate for 8 classes, $249. I really enjoy every instructor here. Each one has their own vibe, but they all are very clear on how to keep your body aligned and guide you through each movement. Whitney is awesome with a very calming and effective voice. Alaina is easy to talk to but don't let that fool you, she will kick your body into shape...Julia, also wonderful and works your body. Candice, also awesome!!! Can't say enough about the staff & instructors. My body is definitely more toned and my behind is very happy. Lol! *They are very clear on the membership and you can freeze it if necessary but they do still charge $25 a month until you release your freeze. Then it goes back to your monthly rate. *You can pay class to class but that most definitely will cost you more money *Memberships are 4, 8 or unlimited classes per month. *The rates are locked in once you sign up.“

“I've been taking both prenatal yoga and Aqua Mamas classes with Georgina at Two Hearts Yoga since around 14 weeks of this pregnancy. I absolutely love how Georgina runs her prenatal yoga classes. Her flows and poses feel safe and supportive for our growing bodies and babies, but they aren't overly easy and still feel challenging. She encourages you to modify depending on how you feel and I always leave class feeling strong and empowered - exactly what I want and need as I prepare for this birth. The Aqua Mamas classes are just heavenly. They take place in a heated pool in an oasis that is her back yard. We use pool "weights", bands, and noodles during class. Similar to her yoga classes there is room for you to modify and get a good workout or take it easy and just enjoy stretching and being buoyant in the water. Class sizes are intimate and on the smaller side. It's a treasure to be surrounded by other pregnant women sharing stories, milestones, or just our latest aches and pains! I'm in my 39th week now - still taking yoga at Two Hearts and still feeling great. I attribute that to moving, stretching, and feeding off of the strong feminine energy that permeates her classes.“

“I LOVE this workout studio. I have tried many many different workout classes around town, and soulpump is the only place where I am not watching the clock and counting down the minutes 'till its over! The classes are fun and challenging, and Andy, the owner will work with you and make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and with good form. And, she actually schedules into the class time to properly stretch after the workout, which very few other class seem to do. The class is a unique mix of TRX, lightweights, cardio, kettle bells, resistance bands, movement, stretching, and a really cool yoga wall. They also offer pre-natal classes and mommy & me workout classes.“

He is transparent and loving in his intentions, and well versed in the tools he employs to facilitate my facing of myself. Every session I left feeling charged and inspired to fulfill my purpose in my life. It's amazing how he manages to help me clear the mental clutter that has hampered me for so long. “The teacher makes all the difference!! Diana and Stefan are the BEST!!! They changed my yoga experience and practice and life!! If you are considering yoga or want to try, just stop in to this causal, warm inviting home based studio. No stress and no pretentious People here. As they will tell you time and time again, yoga is not a competition, it Should feel good!! And at Garden of yoga it does feel good. I have been to other studios and I always feel like I am cheating on them. It's that good. If you want a easy, relaxing experience try restorative class. Offered about once a Month or so these classes are super good. If you want hard, take an advanced or private. I cannot possibly say enough nice things about these nice people. They are such good people. Yoga is their passion and have no agendas. Come once, come everyday, but just come. All levels are welcome, prices are super reasonable. But they make the difference. In full disclosure I have a bromance with Stephan and so much respect for Diana his wife. She always takes the class temperature and adjusts to the mood and lunar cycles. He takes extra time to help people like me, who need extra help. Both offer completely different classes. Hardest part of yoga, getting on your Mat. As you both know, I love you two. And thank you for all you have done and do for me. You have seen so much of my life's up and downs.“
