By far the best yoga classes I’ve ever participated in. Lindsey is a kind and amazing teacher, and her classes are the best. Her guidance and music selection, take you through a flow that targets the movements your body needs regardless of your level. The studio location and class make it for a graceful and harmonious experience, leaving you with a sense of lightness and peace. I couldn’t recommend this studio enough. After having tried other yoga studios this is by far number 1 and favorite on my list.
Manalu is this amazing secret hideaway that everyone needs to know about. From the yoga class's to, shopping to retreats, I have loved all the events I have attended there. Lindsey the owner is so talented & sweet & just overall exsudes a great zen energy. Highly recommend
