“I've seen Dr. Peyton several times here and he's been great. He takes the time to get to know your situation and does a thorough exam. He has an excellent bedside manner and knows the best treatment routes to pursue. You never feel rushed or unimportant. Today, I called simply to make an appointment and was greeted by the delightful Shelly. I've called a lot of doctors offices over the past few years and Shelly is the most amazing front office person I've ever spoken to. She was warm, friendly, accommodating and made me feel like I was a priority for them. Like all of us, she certainly must have her challenges in life, but she doesn't bring those to the workplace, which is especially important when dealing with patients who are seeking medical care. She is an incredible asset to Primary Care Sports Medicine.“

Bay Chiropractic and Rehabilitation Sports Medicine

“I came to Bay Chiropractic & Rehabilitation with ongoing neck pain that had been bothering me for months, and I couldn’t be more thankful that I found this place. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional.

Dr. Eric took the time to really listen, thoroughly assess what was going on, and explain everything clearly. His approach was thoughtful and effective — within just a few sessions, I noticed a major difference in my mobility, pain level, and overall comfort. The treatments were a combination of precise adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercises that actually worked.

What stood out the most was how personalized everything felt. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that they genuinely care about helping their patients heal and stay healthy long-term.

If you’re dealing with neck pain or really any kind of discomfort, I can’t recommend Bay Chiropractic enough. They’ve made a huge difference in my quality of life.“

“Been to see Dr. Q. twice. Very good experience. He took time to assess and checked in with me during the chiropractic treatment. They share the treatment space with a physical therapy group. Splitting hairs here but I would recommend a partition of some kind between the chiro and PT open space to help minimize noise.“

“Misha is unbelievable, he is so professional and thorough.
My neck suddenly could not move during a workout session— even a slight move is so painful.
I texted Misha, he responded fast. We did two sessions so far— massages, cupping and some stretching. It really helped, pain relief was immediately! I’m so grateful .“

“Been receiving physical therapy here going 2 months now and its been educational and physically challenging in a good way. I started pessimistic about my knee condition, but I have to say, even if I prefer not doing the physical exercises, all the therapist I've dealt with were very encouraging and motivating for me. (Chris, Ron, Tim, Chris 2) I appreciate them challenging me in strengthening my knees. Oh, and the soft voiced reception/front desk lady is as sweet as her voice.? (Cassandra) Yes, I do recommend this clinic!“

“I want to thank Dr. Neal for giving me back my life. I came back to him in excruciating pain from a pinched spinal column. He previously made the pain on my right side disappear, not to return one year later. Then, I fell and the result was sciatica on my left side. I could barely walk so, I came back. I could tell when I was getting better at about the 12th treatment. I am better with each treatment now. He is more than an acupuncturist with years of experience. He is part physical therapist, part physical trainer and understands his patient's bodies very well. I follow what he tells me because he knows what he is doing. All I ask of a doctor is that they do their job. Neal Harris does just that. His office might seem different to some - but appearances are not everything. I am not exaggerating when I say that he gave me back my life.“

Gary A. Mitchell, DC Sports Medicine

“I was suffering from SI pain, Sacroilliac joint pain, that radiated into my right hip and butt muscles. It started years ago and would subside and reemerge regularly. It was so bad in the past coupe of years that periodically I resorted to using trekking sticks to remain mobile. I started wearing an SI "belt" in the past year which helped some but I was still having pain during physical activity. I decided that since my orthopedist couldn't help me and physical therapy provided limited success I'd see a chiropractor. I have seen chiropractors off an on since the '70s so chiropractics wasn't new to me. I searched Yelp and decided I'd start with Dr. Mitchell and if I didn't get results I'd try another chiropractor. Because I'm in my seventies, I have a COMPLEX medical/health history. First thing I liked about Dr. Mitchell is that before he came into the room he took sufficient time to read my health history. Now some of that history is directly linked to my SI joint pain but multiple myeloma cancer, chronic kidney disease, etc. are just other things I deal with. But I wanted my mobility back, free from pain and that's why I was switching to a chiropractor. Dr. Mitchell is trained in numerous chiropractic modalities and uses different ones depending on what my SI joint needs that day. I'm HAPPY to say, I'm attending my senior aerobics classes again three times a week! I'm wearing my SI belt infrequently and after each chiropractic visit I can feel the subtle changes in my posture, balance and alignment. It's subtle and one of the ways I notice it I can feel different muscles engaging to maintain the new alignment. Be aware, he actually works Tuesday and Thursdays, not M,W,F as listed here on Yelp. Go see him.“
