In a few short months, PT Dynamics had me doing most things normally, and after nearly 5 months I was doing yoga the way I had hoped. The owner, Jeff, and his great staff including Dan and Jenny, are terrific! They always take the time to explain what is happening and reviewed the goals for recovery. I always received emails with the exercises I needed to do at home, or they would provide printed copies of the necessary exercises. The location is easy to access, always clean and organized and the equipment top notch.“
