During my recent visit, I was impressed by the exceptional care provided by Monique and Elizabeth. They greeted me warmly, showed kindness, and made me feel at ease. They listened attentively to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and thoroughly reviewed my medical history and symptoms. Their genuine empathy and respect helped me feel understood and valued throughout the appointment. The practice's patient-centered focus was evident in their effective communication and holistic approach. I highly recommend this practice for their outstanding care and dedication to their patients.

I honestly don't understand the negative reviews. I've been a patient with Dignity Health for over a year & a half now, and all the people here are awesome. Everyone, from the receptionists, nurses, all the way to the doctors, are great. Dr. Chase Cho & Dr. Evelyn Hartvig are excellent and very caring medical professionals. They make sure to really take the time to listen to your concerns, and are not dismissive. I have no doubt I'm in good hands whenever I go see them. Wait times are hardly ever long. Today, I waited not even five minutes before I was called back. Once I was called back, I didn't need to wait long to be seen by my physician. I understand that nobody ever likes having to go to a doctors office, but I will continue to go here since the quality of medical care is excellent.

So far so good. I have been taking a 10 year old here for medical treatment. I like that the facility is new, clean and has the latest technology. The only concern I have is I don’t understand the process of finding a PCP. It is ver unclear, unlike Kaiser. You choose from a list of doctors and that doctor becomes your PCP if the doctor is accepting new patients.
