“Eco-Pro Builders did a restoration on our water damaged downstairs masterbedroom. The owner Shay is very good about communicating and was very helpful designing a walk-in closet and adding recessed lighting. The job progressed smoothly on time, on budget and the work was good. There were some challenges dealing with the insurance company, but in the end we are very happy with our new and upgraded masterbedroom.Both the water remediation company and Eco-Pro said " Don't talk to the insurance company". You may say something to the insurance company that jeopardizes them paying for all the work. In hindsight it is a difficult balancing act not jepordizing the claim payout and knowing what is going to happen during the claims process. All and all we are happy with the way the masterbedroom came out.“

“I've worked with many contractors before, but Lior is hands down one of the best. I'm extremely detail-oriented and have minor OCD to the point where I am usually the one that is telling contractors how I want things done, but I quickly realized that Lior is the same way- in the best way possible. He is the type of person that remembers every single thing that has been discussed with him down to the smallest detail, and that is very rare for contractors. He has an incredible eye for design and gave me great suggestions on different options we could move forward with for our project. “We first hired Steve and crew to replace a fence on the side of our house, and get rid of a planter and pour concrete to increase the size of the driveway. One of Steve's employees/subcontractors named Dean did the work. He did an amazing job. Super detail oriented, and organized throughout the job. It pretty much came out perfect.Since we were so impressed with this job, we hired Steve again to do some concrete and stucco repair work on the house then paint the exterior. Our house had many cracks, so it was a decent sized job. There were some issues with the visibility of the crack repairs, so Steve came in and redid the stucco on large portions of the house at no cost to us. We were very impressed by this responsiveness. The house looks great now, and the price was also really good.We plan to hire Steve and co again for future projects.Services: General construction“

“I hired Smart Eye (Ishmael) to replace an old asphalt driveway with a concrete driveway. I couldn't be more pleased. Ishmael and his crew showed up on time, worked hard, consulted regularly with me, charged me a fair price, and did an excellent job. They even helped my wife navigate going down the torn up driveway. And when the job was finished, I asked them to come back the next morning to make a few minor adjustments, no problem.“

They did an amazing job laying a concrete foundation for my BBQ area. I also had them do all the electrical for my backyard renovation. Lastly, after the job was completed, I realized that we had miscommunicated on one of the electrical outlets and it needed to be swapped out for a different box. “Pearl did an amazing job on my patio deck. We used to have an old and cracked concrete pad for the floors and a rotting wood cover on top of it. We were looking to make it a bit more contemporary. With Pearl's help we designed a modern structure covered with stucco and some wood work on top of it for some contrast. This required an actual plan submitted to the city believe it or not but I guess they have to do for the building permit process. It took some time but eventually we got approved. We went with an Ipe deck for the floors, no stain was added, just a clear coat for protection. The result is amazing! They have exceeded our expectation. From the very beginning they were on time, kept us informed on the permit process and everything. As in every project I'm sure we have minor delays but I rather wait and get better results than finish fast and then feel sorry for not perfecting the project or making mistakes“
