“We’ve been attending Zoom Room Santa Clarita for about a year now and they have gone above and beyond to meet our needs with a growing puppy and also our 5 year old shepherd mix. We highly recommend them for whatever stage of training you and your pup are at. The staff takes the time to really listen to your needs and expectations and offers a comprehensive plan to address everything from obedience & agility training, puppy playgroups and private sessions. Our 1 year old pup has had fear-based reactivity issues and Zoom Room has helped us to address his needs with private sessions as well as an amazing Calm Dog class where we can really learn and practice desensitizing him to any triggers. Our older dog has excelled in the agility training classes which are so fun for both of us! Everyone there truly has your pups best interest at heart and makes training fun and enjoyable for everyone! We highly recommend them for every family with a dog!“
“I took my puppy Dottie to Paws Stay and Play for the first time being away from home. I really appreciated the cameras so I could have ease about my puppy's stay. I looked at her throughout the days. I had as much anxiety as, l think she had. Dottie was able to interact with other little puppies and seemed to enjoy herself every day we were out of town. I called daily to check on Dottie and I was given details of her day. The facility was clean and all staff are really nice and welcoming. I am glad, I now have a place for Dottie to engage with others while we are away. Thank you all for the care provided! Great job! Dottie says, hello and until next time!“
“I am always worried about my dog being in a new place, he is especially skittish around new people. When I first brought him to Fay's, he literally hid between my legs! Fay has an area just for her furry guests which was something our previous boarders did not have. You could tell just by talking to her that she truly loves what she's doing. She gave updates with pictures & videos throughout the day! Since that first drop off (he stayed 5 days), I have dropped him off for daycare & he stayed another 4 days, he is happy to arrive at her house! He just loves it! So different from that first drop off! He already has a favorite toy & has made friends! I can't say enough about her! So happy to have found her, wish we had found her sooner! She is just the best!“
“Our puppy absolutely loves D Pet and so do we. The staff takes such good care of our baby and keeps us posted during the day of his progress. It's good to know we have D Pet available for our dog to stay overnight or just for the day while we are at work. We know he will be safe and have a blast playing with his buddies all day. Thank you D Pet!“
“Great Facility! They took incredible care of my dog, it's simply the best place to board your loved pet.“
“Seriously, what are you waiting for? If you are looking for a great trainer, look no further. Make. The. Call. We adopted our dog (Truffle) about a year ago and he was calm for about two weeks. After that, he has been difficult. Sweet at times but at other times....really, really terrible. We've had other dogs but Ttuffle was like no other. So, enter Laura. Our dog had problems with chewing, jumping, barking, mouthing, attention seeking, pulling, reactivity, etc. You name it, we had it. But then, sometime he would just curl up next to me and somehow the world was right. Well, Laura gave me the tools to handle the behavior issues. He's not perfect yet but he's a whole lot better than the pre-Laura Era. From the moment Laura walked into our home, Truffle was barking and jumping on her. We had finished a 6 week obedience course at Petsmart and we still weren't able to control the jumping. Within 5 minutes, probably less, Laura had Truffle quiet and sitting at her feet. That was just the beginning. They say pet trainer are really training the owners and I truly believe that. I realized the lack of respect that Truffle had for me. He loved me but knew he could get away with a lot more with me. A master manipulator! Much of what is published online did not work with what we were dealing with. With Laura's guidance and support much of what we were dealing with has been remedied. A million thanks yous, Laura! You are a life saver (ours and Truffle's). And if you're still reading....BOOK NOW.“
“Human food was delish, dogs loved theirs too! Karl was very kind and funny. Place was cute and had lots of options for humans and dogs.“
“I brought my standard poodle in a couple weeks ago, and I was very happy with how she was introduced to the facility and how they checked her thoroughly and then they treated her really well and gave her a wonderful cut and full groom. I'm going to bring my other mini golden doodle there. I'm glad I found them.“
“Very friendly and nice staff! They gave my bulldog the best bath ever! 10/10 will be back“
“Rita is a great groomer-knows her stuff. My dog was not as stressed as she often is with a chaotic salon with lots of dogs. Rita does one pup at a time. If you're looking for a fancy grooming spa, look elsewhere. She works out of a small garage room that's equipped to accomplish what's needed. If you're looking for a good groomer, then Rita is definitely that person.“
“Reel Dog's training class proved to us you CAN teach an old dog new tricks. Our rescue ended up being a puller, and didn't seem to understand the concept of a leash at all. I can walk my dog now :)“
“Diane is the BEST trainer in the world! She is amazing in every way and I feel sooooooo lucky to have randomly found her when my son and I were taking lessons at TES located in LAEC (b/c TES was a waste of both time and money seeing as how my son and I didn't progress at all when taking lessons there). In my first lesson with Diane I literally learned and progressed more than I had in 5 lessons at TES. Me and all three of my children are now taking lessons with Diane and we are all progressing gaining confidence during each lesson with her. She is a dream and if you are considering scheduling a lesson with her don't hesitate b/c you won't regret it!!! We LOVE Diane and will probably be in training with her forever b/c there is no reason to change trainers now that we have found her!“
“Jessica has been taking care of Lucky for a little over 2 years. Trusting someone to Care for my furry son when I'm away can be nerve wracking because you just never know nowadays. I'm so thankful for Jessica because she makes me extremely comfortable with her check in's. When Lucky see's Jessica he shows no sign of rejection and opens up to her immediately which is very important to me. I would never go with another dog sitter and I'm thankful I met Jessica. I travel often for work and pleasure so having a trusted dog sitter helps. If you are local I highly recommend using them for services even if it's just a walk and I promise you will not be disappointed.“
“Julie has been a great trainer for us and our dogs. Her lessons are very simple for us to understand and practice with our dogs which is key to developing the behaviors we want them to emulate. And after only a few lessons, we have seen great progress. Highly recommend Julie for those needing training and dog behavior guidance!“
“I've visited Pet Lover’s Resort three times, although never with my own dog. On the first occasion, I brought my sister’s dog, and on the subsequent visits, I took my cousin’s dog. The service was excellent on the first and second visits, and the pricing was reasonable. During the second visit, I requested grooming and a curtain trim for my cousin’s dog, which was done well for around $60.
However, my experience on the third visit was different. I requested only a basic grooming service—just a wash and blow dry, without any additional services like haircuts, teeth brushing, or nail trims. They initially quoted $90 for this, which seemed unreasonable, given that I had paid less for more services previously. After discussing the pricing with the owner, she agreed to lower it to $65. Later, I received a call from the front desk stating the charge would be $60, which I accepted. However, upon arrival, I was informed the fee was $65, as initially discussed. The inconsistency and lack of clear communication were frustrating, as it wasn’t about the extra five dollars, but rather the principle of the situation. Additionally, after the third visit, I noticed that my cousin's dog did not smell like anything at all, which was disappointing. This added to my annoyance, as I expected at least a pleasant scent after grooming.“
“Finally found a good vet for my pet after numerous bad experiences with others. From the front desk staff to the doctor and techs, everyone is super nice, patient, and really gives you the best care for your pet. Recommend this clinic over any other! Chak de!“

“I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience with The PawGround in Valley Village. I have a 3 year old spaniel mix who is the love of our life. He’s super playful and friendly. We found the PawGround from another friend of ours and they spoke so highly of it that we thought we should try it out too. We have now been going there for about 5-6 months now and we are so happy with them! The service is so exceptional. The entire staff is so friendly and kind. Everyone always answers any questions I have. Most importantly my dog is so happy there, he runs in through the doors and jumps up to greet the staff. I get photos of him playing with the other pups. They took him on walks throughout the neighborhood when he boarded there for 3 nights recently. My dog is an extremely picky eater and they hand fed him so he would eat his meals. I feel so reassured leaving my dog there. They truly take care of all of the dogs there like their own. I cannot recommend them enough. We tried other places before and just felt no one cared. The owner is there often and is so kind as well. She knows all of the dogs names and she even gave me her personal cell to reach out if I ever needed anything. The manager Courtney is also an incredible asset to the team. My dog jumps with joy when he sees her every time. I'm so happy I've found such a lovely doggy daycare!“
“Friendly staff. Juan Carlos did a fantastic job grooming my dog today. Juan Carlos took the time trimming the face, back and nails ...my dog looks even younger. My doggie is always comfortable with Juan Carlos and I appreciate the way they take care of him.“
“Dr. Sunada has been my go-to vet for all of my dogs over the past 20 years. She is kind, thorough and patient with both me and my pets. I can always get an appointment when needed and her prices are very reasonable.“
“My dog (Leo) and I had a wonderful first visit to Blue Cross. Even prior to our office visit, the initial scheduling phone call with Kay made me feel like the staff would take great care of Leo. The ladies at reception were all very friendly, and Haley was kind, calm, and personable while taking Leo's medical history. Dr. Walters was very gentle during Leo's exam, and even commented on his clean teeth (Leo thrives on compliments, so this was very much appreciated). The atmosphere in the office is very warm and upbeat, and I am very thankful for the care they showed my pup. My only wish is that I could have found Blue Cross earlier in Leo's life.“
“Sam is brilliant with dogs and adept at working around problems. Lexie hates anyone working on her teeth or nails and is unable to stand, which makes everything difficult. Sam has found ways around all of that. I could not recommend her more highly. Pure gold.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“I’ve read the reviews, good and bad, but I honestly have to say that the Doctor and staff have been kind and caring to my two doggies. Both are Seniors and have their little quirks and they have always been accommodating. They let me go in the back with them and stay next to my senior girl who has really bad arthritis. They are patient with her and with me as well, because usually I’m a nervous wreck. They are really good to us. We always make an appointment towards the end of the day and have had no trouble. They will continue to be the vet for Bella and Layla. I’m super picky about where I bring my dogs and baby them because they are my kids, and If I ever see anything inappropriate I will absolutely change vets, but I highly doubt that will ever happen. Thank you Doctor & staff for all your help and love for Bella and Layla!!“
“Leah and Jim are very professional and very conscientious about caring for your dogs. They are also extremely knowledgeable and talented dog trainers. We have been bringing our dogs to them for over 30 years and can’t imagine going anywhere else! They are the gold standard ???“
