“I contacted 5 different roofing companies for a roof leak that developed from the recent rain. Lawsons was one of the first to respond to my request for an estimate. Dylan responded to schedule an appointment in order to submit a proposal. The estimate was provided the same day and proposal was well detailed with the scope of work, what would be done, and warranty. Including Lawsons estimate, I received two other estimates. Lawsons came in the middle. The reason I went with Lawsons was the incredible value they provided per dollar vs the other two proposals. Lawsons went above and beyond to scheduled the repair quickly even with their booked schedule. The crew arrived and started removing the tiles and quickly found the location of the leak. This caused a reevaluation of the scope of work and their recommended was to replace and install only what was needed to fix the leak. This reduced my spend by 25%! Maids in SCV is reasonably priced and they have always been on time or early, which is great! Many of the maids do not speak English very well, but its nothing you can't mime your way through or can't explain with limited Spanish. I wouldn't let that deter you from using their services.
