When I called Anastasia, I was really overwhelmed and didn't even know to explain her what kind of help I was looking for. I needed pretty much help with everything around the clock. She told me she knew exactly what I needed, and she was absolutely right. On the first try, she was able to find a perfect match for our family, a wonderful caregiver - driving, English speaking, positive attitude, flexible, getting along with my son, and everything else I needed. “I contacted 5 different roofing companies for a roof leak that developed from the recent rain. Lawsons was one of the first to respond to my request for an estimate. Dylan responded to schedule an appointment in order to submit a proposal. The estimate was provided the same day and proposal was well detailed with the scope of work, what would be done, and warranty. Including Lawsons estimate, I received two other estimates. Lawsons came in the middle. The reason I went with Lawsons was the incredible value they provided per dollar vs the other two proposals. Lawsons went above and beyond to scheduled the repair quickly even with their booked schedule. The crew arrived and started removing the tiles and quickly found the location of the leak. They always do an amazing job and my husband and I promise ourselves we'll keep everything clean afterwards but that doesn't seem to happen. Everything was spotless (from top to bottom) and it was the first time ever that I didn't have to rearrange and clean additional items myself when the cleaners left. They brought their own supplies, but, are totally open to using yours (we provided our own hardwood floor cleaner). Elia does charge a bit more than average, but, it's definitely worth every penny - she even stopped by the day before the service to provide an estimate. You will not be disappointed...and, the crew is so pleasant and efficient! Special note to Victor - we appreciate the "extra" effort!!!
