“Great and knowledgeable people. They weee able to figure out why my shower wasn’t getting any hot water within minutes of inspecting it. Turns out my shower head needed to be cleaned so it would get more pressure to activate the water heater.

“Excellent response time. There was no service fee to show up. Oscar the technician for HVAC was very professional, he educated me on the reason for my furnace/thermometer outage. He arrived promptly, had excellent communication skills. I plan to continue to use Stephens Plumbing for all my HVAC and plumbing needs. I also learned my HVAC was likely under warranty for parts but luckily it only required Oscar to reset several switches and to recommend a filter change. I also found out my filter that was in the unit was undersized by 1 inch. He wrote the correct dimension down.“
