He spent time explaining items, nuances, and ensured to consult me before making any final decisions on placement of heater, vent, pipe, etc., which was much appreciated. At time of writing however, be aware, he is a one man crew (for the goof and the bad). The good is that he is very personable and doesn't have any miscommunication errors you may get with a larger crew. The bad, is don't expect things to get done as quickly. Rod made up for these deficits by staying late and being flexible with when he worked.“

“Our main waterline broke. We called our regular guy and he was busy on a remodel. We looked on yelp and found out Chris was just down the street from us. (We support local) He said he could be here in an hour. He looked at the problem and started the next day. After some digging we realized the line ran under the courtyard concrete. Chris said it would be easier to run a new line from the main shutoff valve through the garage. And he even put a new hose bib in the front of the garage to wash our cars!! Bonus!! Chris does a great job, is very respectful and professional. Definitely use him again!! Thank you Chris!!“
