Jacob was incredibly helpful and patient with us through our whole bathroom remodel. He was on site 99% of the time even helping out subcontractors as needed. His availability via text was unmatched for the random questions and concerns that we had and he made sure to keep us up to date on timelines. Despite some fairly large planning and design failures (not his fault) Jacob was still able to complete our job with very few delays. I've already recommended his services to several other people knowing they'll be in good hands.

After meeting several other general contractors and receiving quotes, we decided to go with Jake at Sunnyvale Construction to remodel our newly purchased older home in Sunnyvale and we are so glad we did! Our home is over 80 years old and needed a lot of work. We were referred by a friend who is also a very satisfied and happy customer, so we had high expectations. We have used Sunnyvale construction on two different occasions. The first job, Jake and his crew added a master bedroom, remodeled a bathroom, and extended our living room. It was a fairly big job, and we were completely satisfied with the quality of work and the timing of the job. Jake and his crew are on time, they clean up, and they do excellent work. Jake is extremely friendly and easy to work with. His ideas are outstanding. We enjoyed working with Jake so much, that nine years later we hired Sunnyvale Construction again, this time they remodeled our kitchen.
