Most of the nurses at Satellite are amazing to say the least, my mom has done dialysis at this center for 6 long years and now we head to another one as we move.Totally a medical facility that is reliable and staffed appropriately

This facility allowed many serious complaints to be unresolved and tried to threaten my treatment by harassment of my rights for reporting them to the state of California. The state cited them for infectious control prevention not being properly performed on patients thus allowing patient safety's null and void. This company should not shoot the messenger but be glad that I have noted many violations hopefully preventing many sick patient who end up with hospitalization due to unacceptable lack of real infectious practices. Please as a patient awareness is your responsibility to make sure that all staff wear mask, wash hands and change gloves before touching equipment or each patient, this must be performed every time no exceptions, if you see this happening document date time technician name and station number and report to the state department of California. your health could be compromised without the proper guidelines set by the state health department. Protect yourself and your family's health be aware of short cuts being practiced for profit your life depends on your vigilance.
