My nurse Anna Wong deserves a daisy award for making me comfortable and the regimen went smoothly. She said she is just doing her job but she went above and beyond. I was also happy to meet the charge nurse Lydia who helped Anna. I am looking forward to my next treatment so I can see them again. Thank you!Update: I had my 6th and final (already claiming it In Jesus name) chemo today and I truly appreciate the nurses who took care of me. “The Hospital and staff are fantastic. The main issue is the parking. There is next to no handicap parking, (far less than a hospital should have, at any rate) and the Valet is often not there, like to take your car, or to bring it back. I've noticed on super busy days they only have one valet at the stand in front of the Building Q. So cars and people waiting to retrieve their cars are stacked up waiting on one poor valet to hustle around getting everyones cars taken care of. The valet service needs to HIRE more people and PAY them better so they stay with the company. This screams bad management. No one should be the only person at a valet stand. Especially not at a busy hospital when people have appointments to get to on time, and there is next to no ADA parking.“

“Extremely good doctors. Super responsive. Dr. Pabari is our daughter's pediatrician and she is amazing. Very caring and they follow up to check on the child. They always have a doctor on call which is important as new parents.“

It was like a Shohei Ohtani signing event was taking place here as there were a MULTITUDE of people waiting for labs this morning. Every seat was occupied plus people standing and in wheelchairs. So if you thought Tuesday mid morning was a good time to go..... no.

Both female techs who drew blood for Dad & Mom; the pretty Asian young lady and the older funnier Asian lady, were super efficient, kind and gentle. Thank you to them!“
