We were referred to this location to for an ENT appointment for our nearly 2 week old baby girl. After checking in, we waited less than 10 minutes before we were seen. The ENT doctor who assessed our daughter was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful for our specific issue. We felt comfortable with his analysis and he gave us clear instructions on how to reach back out should we change our minds about treatment or have further questions. This gave us peace of mind and we felt very content with our visit.

My daughter was referred here to see a gastroenterologist and boy did we have an amazing experience! First off, don't be surprised if the appointment made is booked out weeks and weeks ahead. We literally waited about a month in order to be seen and that was the soonest available spot. Maybe it was just this particular department?? Secondly, Stanford Children's Health takes no chances when it comes to covid. The ground is clearly labeled for patients to be standing 6ft apart, you will be prompted to sanitize in front of the staff who is screening you, masks will be provided [the one provided MUST be used], and the appropriate questions will be asked.
