They pick rugs up if you don't have a vehicle that allows you to drop them off. Beyond cleaning rugs, their ability to repair and resize rugs is somewhat baffling. The intricacies of repairing fine weaving isn't quite comprehendible to me, but they have the ability to repair in house.Kash initially told me about clients that send their rugs from all over to world for cleaning. That sort of shows the artistry in what they do. You'd think someone local would be able to clean items, but that isn't the case in Washington State or parts of Europe.When people tell you they can do something or they are good at what they do, you'll find out in short order. “This review is long overdue. If you have a leak there is no one better than Cameron and Absolute Maintenance and Consulting. Trust me, I've used them several times and they are THE BEST at what they do.On my latest roof leak, Cam came to the house and spotted the water source in 30 seconds. He also showed me exactly where the water had traveled, where it was settling, where I had water damage, etc. I was skeptical at first because he was just looking at the exterior of the house but sure enough, when his team started the repair and pulled down the plaster and wood he was exactly right.I appreciated that Cam was always available for my calls and he was incredibly patient with my barrage of questions. He sent an estimate that was very thorough and the total cost ended up almost to the penny of what he originally quoted me. I hate spending money on home repairs and this particular repair was not cheap but Absolute Maintenance and Consulting guarantees their work.As someone who doesn't normally write reviews, I wrote this one happily because I have such conviction on this company. “Great experience with Geo. I was going to have him do 2 jobs: fix a bathroom faucet and replace a ceiling fan that I thought was not working properly. He arrived on time and fixed the faucet quickly, then discovered what the problem was with the fan, so it didn't need replacing after all. He could've tricked me and given me a bunch of BS but he didn't. He was honest and charged me a fair price. Very pleasant to work with. I recommend him!“

“I contacted mold masters to perform air and mold testing in our home after a hot water pipe burst in our crawlspace. We were concerned about potential toxic mold or even black mold. That stuff is really scary! The mold inspector they sent was very honest and professional. He took several mold air samples and sent them to a local lab. Thank goodness the mold results came back normal, which was a relief for me and my family. The report was pretty clear and pretty short and concise. The best part was that the prices were reasonable. I would definitely hire them if I needed to again, but hopefully I never have to again.“

“I'm pleased to endorse Sinai Construction for a job well done! Last year, we noticed the side of our house had a serious drainage issue. We've lived here for several years, but only noticed the problem recently with the heavier than usual rains. Every time it rained heavily, we experienced serious water intrusion into our usable basement and garage (2 separate areas of the property). I spoke to two other companies who recommended injecting the basement walls from the inside of the basement. I got the impression that those businesses worked on volume and were proposing work that wouldn't actually solve the problem. In contrast, Daniel came out with his team, took diligent measurements, sent me a detailed proposal, and explained to me the cause of the problem. He invited me to a neighbor's property to show me the work Sinai was doing there, which was similar to the work I needed at my property. I ended up going with Sinai Construction. I knew this job was more complicated than a simple leak, which was what the other companies wanted me to believe. The job was expensive, and I knew this up front. In the end, the price we paid was the price Sinai proposed--no surprises. We were in good hands with Daniel, Mario, and the entire Sinai Construction crew. They got to the root of the problems, fixed the issues, respected my property, and followed the timelines they proposed at the beginning of the project. There were no "change orders", and no drama. They did a superb job. I will now have peace of mind and won't get panic attacks every time it rains! Thank you Sinai Construction, I will be sure to refer neighbors and friends to your services!“

“We called Go Eco Restoration after having water dripping through the light fixture in our laundry room. After a plumber came and did his assessment, it was determined we needed to file a claim with our insurance and get help from a restoration company. We talked to Jason and he agreed they would come out that next morning. Sam showed up the next day on time and eager to help! Go Eco Restoration was very helpful and reassuring through the entire process. They determined that we would have to remove the ceiling and wall of our laundry room, as well as the cabinets and the wall in our garage. Their crew was very efficient and professional, as they came and boxed everything up and proceeded with the demo. They found the source of the water, a busted copper main line. They had to also tear out the bathroom vanity in my children's bathroom upstairs. They left fans and blowers to dry out the area for a few days. Jason and Sam were so helpful in dealing with the insurance company. They made themselves available through the whole process and even connected me with a contractor to rebuild. I am so appreciative and grateful for their quick response and professional work. I would highly recommend them and will refer them to anyone who needs their services!!
