Raffi and Servpro handled my house fire quickly, professionally, and seamlessly. The crew Servpro sent to pack my belongings, evaluate them, catalogue them, store them, and then return and place them exactly where they were before the fire, were fantastic. The whole process was easy from start to finish.Raffi, the owner of Servpro, is amazing. He answered questions immediately day and night, worked directly with my insurance company to get me reimbursed for anything beyond repair quickly, and stored all my other belongs safely.
