It's an good place to get basic stuff for your LO, I really like that most clothes are 100% cotton! But be careful - small useless toys at the checkout are meant to push extra sales - your kid will want them.

This has been my go-to Carter's since it opened. The store is always clean, staff are super friendly and always willing to help me. If there's something that they carry in the store but not in stock, they are happy to order it for you. During these times all associates wear masks and gloves. They provide hand sanitizer and enforce social distancing. They never have problems locating my account and always let me know when I have rewards to redeem.
