Seamless transaction. The staff provided excellent client service, they made it easy, no pressure to pick and choose glasses. Their frames selection is high end sprkinled with stylish affordable brands as well. Very clean and nurturing environment. I felt valued, heard and appreciated. The doctors are knowledgeable and promote a caring family environment. Spencer was my glasses consultant, he is incredible, friendly and professional. He has excellent communication, answered questions thoroghly and gave sound advice pertaining to my eyeglass prescription when choosing frames. My family has been going to Midtown for over 5 years and we have had an exceptional experience. Dr. D provides thorough and professional care, addressing all of our concerns with patience and expertise. He also makes us LAUGH a lot! His office staff is very friendly and communication is great. I especially love Jocelyn who greets us every appointment with a huge smile and makes us feel extremely welcomed. She is VERY professional and knowledgeable when she takes us back for retinal testing and we just LOVE HER! She gives us the royal treatment and we appreciate her so much! I highly recommend this office.

I can’t say enough good things about Midtown Optometry! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by their warm and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The service was top-notch, with the optometrist taking the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer all of my questions. They have a wide selection of frames to choose from, and the staff was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect pair for me. I highly recommend Midtown Optometry to anyone in need of eye care – you won’t be disappointed!
