“Repair: Asko Dishwasher All State Appliance Repair was able to schedule my appointment within a quick time frame to fix our older model Asko dishwasher. Daniel arrived on time. Because the kitchen floor was installed later then the dishwasher, it was raised higher than the base of the dishwasher. Daniel did an admirable job of extracting the dishwasher unit from the raised flooring and the built in kitchen cabinets. He repaired the drain module and he also installed a new water pump. We are very happy that the old dishwasher was repaired and we did not have to buy a new one. Daniel was clear in his communications and competent.“

“I had an old heater replaced in my residence that was a Coleman vintage, at least 50 years old, that was settling off my Carbon Monoxide alarm. Eagle Refrigeration had been chosen by the property manager to replace the heater. The heater installers (Franks and David) who work under owner Herman Escajadillo, were extremely thorough and knowledgeable and had quite pleasant demeanors. They were respectful of my property and finished the work in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality. I would recommend them highly if there is any work needed in the HVAC area. “My old counter depth fridge stopped cooling. Fridges can be tricky and they gave me clear options. Option 1 fast but might not hold and option 2 full leak check and repair. I chose the cheaper fast version. Fridge held for 2 weeks then failed. So we then moved to option 2 full repair. But at the first visit they told me they would credit 100% of option 1 to the full repair. This kind of repair pricing is rare these days. So they came back and did a full leak check (there were multiple leaks). I highly recommend them.“

On top of that he even gave me fridge brand recommendations (KitchenAid, GE, Frigidaire) if I did need to replace this fridge.Avoid Samsung fridges since he was 1 out of 3 local technicians that dont touch Samsung. “We have had 2 great experiences with Stan & his crew. First our LG oven had a flakey temperature sensor that didn't allow the oven to heat reliably. He and his team fixed that in short order. Then recently we had an issue with our Electrolux dryer "heat outlet" needing to be replaced in the back of the dryer drum. He and his team disassembled the dryer, replaced the part, and had it all working again in a matter of a couple of hours. I will definitely be keeping Smart Solution Appliance's info to help keep my appliances in good working order, and out of the dump! Thank you Stan & Will! PS - if you look at the 1 star reviews here, put them in context... they are expectation mismatches. Unfortunately appliances don't last like they used to, warranties don't cover what you think they might, and sometimes things just break, don't shoot the messenger. These guys do good work.“
