“Writing this review for my Aunt and Grandmother. Before the major rains my aunt and grandma we’re looking for a company to repair/replace a skylight on their mobile home. Other companies had been either exorbitantly expensive or couldn’t come out until summer of ‘24. Kenstruction came out, gave them an estimate and was able to finish the project in a great time! My grandma raved at how polite everyone was and how the site was cleaned each day. She’s 92 and uses a walker, so you can understand how important it is for clean walking areas. I saw the end product and loved the quality of the end product. Best of all Grandma has a leak proof skylight where she can enjoy seeing the sky during the days.“

“Abe rebuilt a section of a tiled patio that had water damage to the wood joists. It was a great experience to have worked with him and I feel fortunate to have found him. He and his crew work very professionally. The job was complicated due to not knowing the extent of the damage at the start and he occasionally needed to stop in order to allow for inspections. “Harris Valle was the project manager for our Thomas Fire rebuild in West Ventura. He vetted subcontractors and managed each for retaining walls, grading, foundation, framing, windows and doors, roofing, rough plumbing, electrical and mechanical (including fireplace), drywall, finish carpentry, electrical, plumbing and mechanical. Today we received our Certificate of Occupancy. Still installing vinyl fence and basic landscaping. We are very happy with Harris’ work getting this project to the finish line.
