He worked out the contract with us, offering alternatives, and solving problems. He scheduled his crew, subcontractors and inspectors so that our project was completed on time and as agreed upon. The Blue Sky crew--Herman, Tony, Paco, Manuel, Caleb, Antony, and Jimmy--are very nice guys and steady workers. They showed up every day smiling and worked hard, from the first day of demolition to the final inspection, never complaining through hot and cold weather alike.
