“I've been doing pilates with Shanna Maximov for a few years before she opened this studio and she is the best. She knows how to push you further each session without going overboard and all of her routines are well-balanced and varied. She's also really knowledgeable about pilates and sports/personal training in general. She is an amazing pilates instructor, highly recommend!“

“Mariyah and Babette are my favorite teachers.Mariyah comes around to each of us at the beginning of class to greet us by name. She shares a little about her own life which is nice and makes us all feel like friends.Babette has a lot of helpful information because she is learning about physical therapy in school. She can offer modifications for my physical limitations.“
