I've been doing pilates with Shanna Maximov for a few years before she opened this studio and she is the best. She knows how to push you further each session without going overboard and all of her routines are well-balanced and varied. She's also really knowledgeable about pilates and sports/personal training in general. She is an amazing pilates instructor, highly recommend!
