The mats are sterilized daily, and the shower facilities are immaculate.

My daughter has been experiencing bullying at school. This is the first time she has ever tried martial arts. Her first week was challenging, full of excitement, and hard work. It was encouraging for her to get positive feedback. I am amazed at all the age groups that dedicate themselves to this practice, especially the little ones!❤️‍🔥 I enjoyed watching the instructors be soft but firm in their instruction, and commanding the attention from the students. I look forward to BJJ improving my daughters confidence and watching her mindset evolve❣️
