I recently had a total knee replacement and had a very difficult time finding a therapist that my insurance would cover AND one who had the skills and compassion to facilitate my recovery. Within four days she improved my flexion from 83 degrees to over 120 degrees, which is the goal of treatment (!). She managed to achieve this through a combination of Eastern and Western techniques (e.g., cupping, e-stim, ultrasound etc). And what I really liked about her approach was that she met you where you are at, not following some tired agenda of a few exercises. Her treatment plan was new each and every session, tailored to your needs, progress, and pain threshold. She did a wonderful job explaining the various exercises and interventions, and was always very supportive and encouraging. From my perspective, she was simply godsend!!“
