She suggested she pack up her stuff and come to my house to continue!All that drama behind us, Vanessa was understanding and kind about my total lack of knowledge (what even is concealer??), my lack of reference for what I wanted, and explained every step to me along the way.She has such a gentle touch I didn't have a single moment of discomfort or pain. I've never really been to a salon, always gone to super cuts or something like that,first time and it was amazing. Made my appointment for the wrong day, they took me in anyways. This is a family run business, mum, daughter and son. I got a cut and colour before my wedding. The family is super nice and made me feel like I had been going there for years. I've never had conversation flow with someone doing my hair before, the son and I had plenty to talk about! I would highly recommend this place for even a quick cut! They did an excellent job on my hair! Not rough at all, I didnt feel pain from a brush or anything, very gentle.

Took our 16 week old labradoodle in for a full work up. She got a bath, hair cut, teeth brushed, ears cleaned, nails clipped! The groomer and person at the front desk were so kind since I was very nervous leaving Lola there for the first time. They took it very slow with her and did not push her out of her comfort zone at all. She looks great and smells even better. Already booked our next session!

I have also asked Sandeep to do my hair and makeup for special occasions. I absolutely loved the detail of her work. She is always well prepared and uses all the best products. She makes sure colors match your skin and hair nicely. Sandeep gave me a light smoky eye using gold tones which looked so pretty and not to heavy... she also covered up my blemishes very well and gave me a nice even skin tone. I really felt beautiful! I also had my hair done by Sandeep, she made me a waterfall braid with soft curls, my hair looked so pretty and healthy. It was such a modern yet classy look. Kelly is an amazing aesthetician! I hadn't had a facial in a few years, so I was pretty overdue. Kelly is very knowledgeable about skin ailments and was able to help my troubled skin look beautiful. She is someone who genuinely cares about her clients skin and always follows up with how a post facial went. The drain that runs from my atrium to the street was running too slowly. I needed to get it cleaned out before a rainstorm. Tim hydro-jetted the drain line to clean it out. When he checked it with a camera, he found a broken section of pipe. At a later date, Alex and his co-worker came out to replace the damaged section of drain pipe. Now the atrium drain flows well. I like this company because they specialize in drain problems, like cleaning and repair, rather than being a general-purpose plumbing company. They aren't cheap, but I think you get what you pay for.
On time, good service, and decent price (comparable to other businesses for valve and pressure regulator replacement). Will definitely use them again.

We found ourselves in a sudden requirement to tidy up an aged building. We were required to vacate the premises by the close of this year. The Maids of Simi Valley managed to put together a crew to clean the area and were pleased with their outstanding work! I am forever thankful for their quick action and high professionalism. The workload turned out to be significantly greater than anticipated, but they hung in there with us and took care of everything.
While the first cleaning was expensive, I get it. (Needed a deep clean of my 2 bed 2 bath cabin home) I have 5 animals and a messy husband-- Tiffany and Jackie were prompt, communicative, and their crew was kind and sweet. We could not recommend Cathryn of Interior Reflections, Inc. and her team Adam and Abel any more highly! Cathryn was referred to me by my best friends neighbor. They had Cathryn and her team remodel a bathroom, then their kitchen and were scheduled to work on the floors within a couple of weeks. I loved what they had done and gave her a call to remodel our kitchen which included our entryway and then our back bathroom and laundry room. My husband was dreading the whole process knowing that he would be packing up the majority of boxes. We set a start date and this team was at work demolishing the kitchen by 7:01 am (They start at 7:00 am). We had the most wonderful experience and love our new kitchen. etc. We are now hoping to remodel our 2 other bathrooms at the beginning of the year and have requested the same team.

We really lucked out finding this place. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. We only needed a small amount of carpet and he asked us if we’d be interested in remnants from other jobs. We looked and found the PERFECT carpet. And their installers were very professional, very thorough, and very fast!
JLF tub was a life saver, instead of demolishing our tub and pay 10k for a new shower for my disabled mother we had JLFinstall a clean cut which now allows my mom to walk into the shower.
Ken reached back out to me promptly. After a few minutes on the phone and after a getting information on my foundation concerns, he was able to conclude that it was likely not a foundational problem, but a leak causing moisture, swelling and subsequent shift in the structure of the home. Turns out he was right. After some investigation, the piping running near the water heater had a significant leak. Few people left like him. I appreciate your assistance Ken.
Adam and his crew do awesome remodels. Adam first sits down with the client to go over all of the remodel details. Then drafts a plan accordingly including prices. When the remodel begins he provides a timeline which he sticks to. When the remodel is being done by his crew, he shows up on site daily to monitor the progress and accuracy of the project. After the remodel is complete he returns to the site to make any adjustments or corrections to the project. Adam responds to phone calls and text immediately. His crew shows up on time, are very pleasant and work very hard. Adam and his crew want the client to be happy with the remodel and does everything he can to make that happen. In 2023, Safeway remodeled our kitchen, dining room, bathroom and laundry room. In 2024, they remodeled the living room, den and 4 bedrooms. We are extremely happy with the remodels. Adam and his crew are a pleasure to work with. Adam walks you through every step of the project and assist in locating all the resources needed to complete the job. For instance, he helped us locate local companies that sell front doors, closet doors and quartz counter tops. In 2025, Adam's crew will return to remodel our master bathroom and the paint the exterior of our house. I highly recommend Safeway Constructions for any remodeling projects.

Because of your due diligence, I now have the thermostat set at 69 degrees, which is 7 degrees cooler, and my bedroom temperature is perfect! This should help lower my DWP charges as well. I highly recommend Sentry Pest Control to all. Kevin is an amazing servicer. Every other month we receive a complimentary text reminding us of his visit to spray outdoors and indoors if we recommend it free of additional cost. Kevin also removes all spider webs/eggs on any patio furniture along with outdoor roof siding/eaves, and edges of our house. We were incredibly thankful all of the crawlies were gone after his visit as our new home had so many spider webs everywhere outside. Gophers are a huge problem during the summer. A lot of people are unaware as to how much damage they can cause to your yard. That's why you call Mike @ Gopher Abatement Service. He managed to swing by on Thursday, set down three traps for me, and return the following day to collect his bounty. Caught 2 gophers straight off rip. Amazing guy, amazing work, your quality assured. I can't be happier with his service and his dedication to the craft he's procured since he started. 10/10, would post a caught gopher but this would get taken down!!!!

I hate a severe ant problem for years. It was driving me crazy. I finally decided on a service as nothing I did would get rid of them. I called Robert, and took out the service for every two months. The first time he came, I had a lot of ants. After he sprayed.............gone! There was no ants between that service and 2 months later, but I have kept it up anyway. I have not had one ant since I hired him. Robert is very friendly, pleasant, reliable, efficient and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him for any of your pest problems.

I found Josue for some long overdue brush clearance after having a hard time getting calls returned by other local landscaping companies. He immediately came out for a quote, made sure we were on the same page about the work needing to be done, and set up a time to have everything completed. The work done was high quality, completed quickly, and Josue was fantastic with communication through the job. Him and his crew were polite and cleaned up extensively before they left. Let's just start off with if I could give a 100 starts I would. From the 1st time walked in there the young lady McKenzie was the sweetest young lady. I absolutely love her. Now Ana she was like having my mom next to me when I was in pain . Holding my hand and rubbing my shoulder letting me know it was okay. Now for Dr. Jeff I have NEVER been so cared about. From admission and administration, down to the actual dental work, Dr. Yaftaly and her team are absolutely incredible. She details everything she's going to do, makes you feel comfortable, and caught some dental issues that many dentists I'd been to never saw, and fixed them promptly. Suzanne at intake is wonderful and helpful as well. Highly recommend, even if it's a drive out!
After moving back to California I had to find a new dentist, I actually live out in the Coachella Valley but work/stay in the Simi area during the week. I tried a dentist near where I live in Indio, and hated it, so I started looking at places around work and found Elite Dentistry. My first visit was excellent, the entire office staff was warm and welcoming, and Dr Soleimani was very personable and you felt like you were visiting friends and not the dentist. Cleaning and X-rays and exam were easy, was so happy I chose this office. Fast forward a couple months, and I end up chipping a piece of one of my molars. They were able to squeeze me in last minute, and to my surprise they were even able to do work the same day so I didn't need to come back another day. Once again, the entire staff was very friendly and welcoming, and even though Dr Soleimani wasn't the dentist who performed my procedure, he still stopped by the room to check on how I was doing. I absolutely would recommend this place!!

I want to say it was Abby that said Hi to me and I wasn't even a client here yet prior to today. She was friendly in the parking lot next to Subway. I had went to Western Dental back in 2021 and was treated like a number. Jon here also made history because I hadn't been to the dentist since I was 15yrs old! This place is good old fashioned care and it felt like I went back in time to a time when everyone was friendly and didn't just want to take your money. This was a great experience because I dreaded going to the dentist in the first place. Abby took my x-rays with care. Jon made me feel like a friend. Carol made me feel welcome even on the first call in. 5 stars and highly recommend.

Dr. Porter is amazing! She addresses more than the outside. She tells me how to feel better and how to fix my health issues. I have been having less and less problems since seeing her. Dr. Jan is AMAZING! I suffered extreme neck pain and nerve pain down my left arm radiating down to my hand. I had seen several doctors and was told my only resolve was surgery. I had my surgery date set and decided to see if Dr. Jan could help. She was highly recommended. After a few weeks of treatment I cancelled by surgery date. I have been seeing Dr. Jan now for over 7 months. I no longer have nerve pain down my arm and my severe neck pain in gone. I will be honest, I had doubts that anyone could help me and surgery was my only option. I am so happy I was wrong! Dr. Jan is the BEST! She is gentle, she listens and she knows her work. I strongly suggest if you are in pain or have been told surgery is your ONLY option, you owe it to yourself to make an appointment with Dr. Jan. THANK YOU so much Dr. Jan for helping me! Our cat was sick and we found out our Veterinarian had moved from another facility to Valley Veterinary Clinic (30 miles away) We trust Dr. Megan Thomas and would follow her anywhere to care for our cats. She is thorough, detailed and it was such a relief to find her again. What a pleasant experience at Valley Veterinary Clinic. From the first call to the visit, everyone was so helpful and kind. Dina and Mindy are top notch as well as both Vet Techs (sorry I didn't get your names) you all did such a great job. I also liked the separate waiting areas for Dogs and Cats. The facility is older and I LOVED the warm atmosphere; don't change a thing. You could tell so many fur families have been cared for here. Everything was spotless and organized. What a great place to find to care for our cats. Thank you for taking such good care of Walter. He is already feeling much better.
the ONLY place I trust with my cats. My cats are my reason for living, so I give them the best care and got them pet insurance. I drive 1.5 hours just to come here. I recently got my 3 year old's teeth cleaned, and they did an excellent job. I will say it was definitely more pricier than other places, but cats are notorious for hiding diseases that have fatal consequences, so I didn't want to skimp out on my cat's teeth cleaning.
I brought my other cat Anubis here and two other vets couldn't diagnose her and had already spent $1,200 only to be told they didn't know what was wrong with her, when she had a fever of 104 degrees. I brought her here, they give me the diagnosis in one day, and I had emergency pyometra surgery for my cat the next day (a condition in which a cat's uterus gets full of puss. I had just adopted her from a family being evicted, so she had never been to the vet before me and was already 3 years old.)
They give you updates when they are done as well, and follow up the next day. Absolutely exceptional service. My cats are everything to me.

I appreciate the owner helping me with this crazy wild foster pup. He is not easy to work with. They cleaned him up and gave him a great cut. We have taken our dog here for many years now. We have always received great customer service, and they do a great job grooming our Labradoodle. They handle our nervous dog with care and she always comes back to us happy.

I highly recommend Practice & Pass Driving School! Therese is awesome! First of all, she went out of her way to schedule a session with my son. There were schedule conflicts, but Therese went above and beyond to find the time to meet us. After the lesson, my son said he loved Therese's teaching approach and praised her knowledge. Phil is by far the best teacher out there ! I had lessons with another company and learnt more in the first 10 minutes with his knowledge and guidance than all the other lessons ! I failed my first behind the wheel test but I know now with Phil I will pass the next one ! The absolute best !!
As a first-time rider, I am so thankful for the experience with MRE. The classroom instruction was well-presented and actually useful (thanks Dave and new guy whose name I can't remember)! The best is of course the hands-on instruction. The first day was very challenging for me as I simply got used to shifting (still working on shifting into 2nd and not into Neutral) and the throttle. The second day improved my confidence. While I came close to passing the practical portion, I did have to come back and repeat the 2nd day of instruction and retake the test. The difference in my confidence and ability was marked. Big thanks to Elliot and Bob for the calm and professional instruction and for the feedback and coaching which made a huge difference. I'm looking forward to obtaining my motorcycle license and being able to accompany my husband on future trips, rather than just being a passenger. Highly recommended.
