She suggested she pack up her stuff and come to my house to continue!All that drama behind us, Vanessa was understanding and kind about my total lack of knowledge (what even is concealer??), my lack of reference for what I wanted, and explained every step to me along the way.She has such a gentle touch I didn't have a single moment of discomfort or pain. I got dozens of compliments on my make up and hair and I've never felt so pretty in my life!I can't say enough good things about my experience with her! outstaning -getting man haircuts over a year from abbvie and the 2d tech is fine too- i cant say enough how they treat people with courtesy --lacking nowadays- and clean clean shop- good arrangement and service - i always get a gresat haircut - i ask for short and i get short-- not like some places nearby- also in northidge where i lived fro 20 years-- and25-50% more- want to support small business- thia is worthy and respectful- cant aks for more and not very busy so they should be considered--price is as excellent as the service - joseph

When I moved to Cali and the first nail place I went to in Thousands Oaks didn't tickle my fancy at all. I stubbled across Chanails after taking my dog to a groomers and walking next door to kill time. I must say Chanail Nails was a beautiful surprise! I think I found my new nail shop. the pedicure was amazing it was such a peaceful place.

I've never really been to a salon, always gone to super cuts or something like that,first time and it was amazing. Made my appointment for the wrong day, they took me in anyways. This is a family run business, mum, daughter and son. I got a cut and colour before my wedding. The family is super nice and made me feel like I had been going there for years. I've never had conversation flow with someone doing my hair before, the son and I had plenty to talk about! I would highly recommend this place for even a quick cut! They did an excellent job on my hair! Not rough at all, I didnt feel pain from a brush or anything, very gentle.

I love coming to SK Beauty & Threading! Sandeep is amazing at what she does! I see her regularly for eyebrow threading, she always takes her time and makes sure that my eyebrows look great! I have also asked Sandeep to do my hair and makeup for special occasions. I absolutely loved the detail of her work. She is always well prepared and uses all the best products. She makes sure colors match your skin and hair nicely. Sandeep gave me a light smoky eye using gold tones which looked so pretty and not to heavy... she also covered up my blemishes very well and gave me a nice even skin tone. I really felt beautiful! I also had my hair done by Sandeep, she made me a waterfall braid with soft curls, my hair looked so pretty and healthy. It was such a modern yet classy look. Took our 16 week old labradoodle in for a full work up. She got a bath, hair cut, teeth brushed, ears cleaned, nails clipped! The groomer and person at the front desk were so kind since I was very nervous leaving Lola there for the first time. Kelly is an amazing aesthetician! I hadn't had a facial in a few years, so I was pretty overdue. Kelly is very knowledgeable about skin ailments and was able to help my troubled skin look beautiful. She is someone who genuinely cares about her clients skin and always follows up with how a post facial went. I am usually quite skeptical when I see only 5 star reviews on a business but I'll be damned if they didn't prove why. Not only did they respond quickly to the original call but also found the root cause of my issue rather than just fixing the symptom I originally called about. It was a large job but they got the right people out and on it the very next day. It was a multi-day job but they made sure that I would still be able to use water after they were gone for the day by setting up some temporary piping. The job also required them to go through a brick walkway which they also repaired afterward to look just like it did before. These are definitely going to be my go-to guys for any plumbing needs.
Ken came to my house this morning to fix a leaking bathtub stem. I thought I would have to replace the whole thing. Luckily Ken worked his plumbing skills and solved my problem quickly. He was so nice too and explained what he did. There is another local plumber that we price match services with and Barcena has been cheaper the three times we’ve needed help with a plumbing issue. They’re honest, professional and are available. Normally I feel stressed anytime I have repairs needed in my home because I think I will be ripped off or mistreated, but not with Barcena. Last Sunday, we woke up to a pool of water around our fridge. Yes, it always happens on a weekend! Sigh!! Adding insult to injury, the water valve was on so tight that hubby could not turn the water off!! He did not want to use a wrench for fear of breaking the valve. The thought of calling a plumber was nerve wrecking!! Just as we guessed, prices being quoted by various companies caused our jaws to drop!! Finally, I reached out to a friend told us about Seumas Plumbing. Spoke to Dave who quoted us half the price of what we were being quoted by other companies because it was a Sunday. Dave, a very friendly guy, showed up and turned the water off without incident. He capped the valve, took the time to verify that the leak was stopped then wished us a good day and prepared to leave. I reminded him that I owed him a check. He told us there was no charge and again wished us well. He explained it didn't take him long and it was a simple job. My hubby and I were simply floored by Dave's kind gesture!! We didn't expect this level of kindness and integrity!! We believed he would have reduced the initial quote due to the simple task but to do it for free??? Honesty and integrity not to mention human kindness goes a long way with us!! Max responded quickly to my message and gave me a very reasonable quote to install a Tesla wall charger. We setup an appointment time and he and his son were punctual, meeting me at my house at the agreed upon time. Both Max and his son were extremely professional and polite and explained everything they needed to do. They completed the work perfectly and quickly. I was surprised how fast they finshed. After they finished I paid them the agreed upon quote with Venmo which made things easy. Max also gave me a quick tutorial on everything I needed to know to operate the Wall Charger and registered it with Tesla. The workload turned out to be significantly greater than anticipated, but they hung in there with us and took care of everything.
While the first cleaning was expensive, I get it. (Needed a deep clean of my 2 bed 2 bath cabin home) I have 5 animals and a messy husband-- Tiffany and Jackie were prompt, communicative, and their crew was kind and sweet. My house looks a hundred times better than it did at the beginning of the day and I'm grateful they did such a thorough job. Looking forward to the having them come again for the maintenance cleanings. Thanks gals!

We could not recommend Cathryn of Interior Reflections, Inc. and her team Adam and Abel any more highly! Cathryn was referred to me by my best friends neighbor. They had Cathryn and her team remodel a bathroom, then their kitchen and were scheduled to work on the floors within a couple of weeks. I loved what they had done and gave her a call to remodel our kitchen which included our entryway and then our back bathroom and laundry room. My husband was dreading the whole process knowing that he would be packing up the majority of boxes. We set a start date and this team was at work demolishing the kitchen by 7:01 am (They start at 7:00 am). We had the most wonderful experience and love our new kitchen. etc. We are now hoping to remodel our 2 other bathrooms at the beginning of the year and have requested the same team.

Ken reached back out to me promptly. After a few minutes on the phone and after a getting information on my foundation concerns, he was able to conclude that it was likely not a foundational problem, but a leak causing moisture, swelling and subsequent shift in the structure of the home. Turns out he was right. After some investigation, the piping running near the water heater had a significant leak. Few people left like him. I appreciate your assistance Ken.
Adam and his crew do awesome remodels. Adam first sits down with the client to go over all of the remodel details. Then drafts a plan accordingly including prices. When the remodel begins he provides a timeline which he sticks to. When the remodel is being done by his crew, he shows up on site daily to monitor the progress and accuracy of the project. After the remodel is complete he returns to the site to make any adjustments or corrections to the project. Adam responds to phone calls and text immediately. His crew shows up on time, are very pleasant and work very hard. Adam and his crew want the client to be happy with the remodel and does everything he can to make that happen. In 2023, Safeway remodeled our kitchen, dining room, bathroom and laundry room. In 2024, they remodeled the living room, den and 4 bedrooms. We are extremely happy with the remodels. Adam and his crew are a pleasure to work with. Adam walks you through every step of the project and assist in locating all the resources needed to complete the job. For instance, he helped us locate local companies that sell front doors, closet doors and quartz counter tops. In 2025, Adam's crew will return to remodel our master bathroom and the paint the exterior of our house. I highly recommend Safeway Constructions for any remodeling projects.

Because of your due diligence, I now have the thermostat set at 69 degrees, which is 7 degrees cooler, and my bedroom temperature is perfect! This should help lower my DWP charges as well. I highly recommend Sentry Pest Control to all. Kevin is an amazing servicer. Every other month we receive a complimentary text reminding us of his visit to spray outdoors and indoors if we recommend it free of additional cost. Kevin also removes all spider webs/eggs on any patio furniture along with outdoor roof siding/eaves, and edges of our house. We were incredibly thankful all of the crawlies were gone after his visit as our new home had so many spider webs everywhere outside. Gophers are a huge problem during the summer. A lot of people are unaware as to how much damage they can cause to your yard. That's why you call Mike @ Gopher Abatement Service. He managed to swing by on Thursday, set down three traps for me, and return the following day to collect his bounty. Caught 2 gophers straight off rip. Amazing guy, amazing work, your quality assured. I can't be happier with his service and his dedication to the craft he's procured since he started. 10/10, would post a caught gopher but this would get taken down!!!!

I hate a severe ant problem for years. It was driving me crazy. I finally decided on a service as nothing I did would get rid of them. I called Robert, and took out the service for every two months. The first time he came, I had a lot of ants. After he sprayed.............gone! There was no ants between that service and 2 months later, but I have kept it up anyway. I have not had one ant since I hired him. Robert is very friendly, pleasant, reliable, efficient and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him for any of your pest problems.

I found Josue for some long overdue brush clearance after having a hard time getting calls returned by other local landscaping companies. Let's just start off with if I could give a 100 starts I would. From the 1st time walked in there the young lady McKenzie was the sweetest young lady. I absolutely love her. After moving back to California I had to find a new dentist, I actually live out in the Coachella Valley but work/stay in the Simi area during the week. I tried a dentist near where I live in Indio, and hated it, so I started looking at places around work and found Elite Dentistry. My first visit was excellent, the entire office staff was warm and welcoming, and Dr Soleimani was very personable and you felt like you were visiting friends and not the dentist. Cleaning and X-rays and exam were easy, was so happy I chose this office. Fast forward a couple months, and I end up chipping a piece of one of my molars. They were able to squeeze me in last minute, and to my surprise they were even able to do work the same day so I didn't need to come back another day. Once again, the entire staff was very friendly and welcoming, and even though Dr Soleimani wasn't the dentist who performed my procedure, he still stopped by the room to check on how I was doing. I absolutely would recommend this place!!

I had went to Western Dental back in 2021 and was treated like a number. Jon here also made history because I hadn't been to the dentist since I was 15yrs old! This place is good old fashioned care and it felt like I went back in time to a time when everyone was friendly and didn't just want to take your money. This was a great experience because I dreaded going to the dentist in the first place. Abby took my x-rays with care. Jon made me feel like a friend. Carol made me feel welcome even on the first call in. 5 stars and highly recommend.

Dr. Jan is AMAZING! I suffered extreme neck pain and nerve pain down my left arm radiating down to my hand. I had seen several doctors and was told my only resolve was surgery. I had my surgery date set and decided to see if Dr. Jan could help. She was highly recommended. After a few weeks of treatment I cancelled by surgery date. I have been seeing Dr. Jan now for over 7 months. I no longer have nerve pain down my arm and my severe neck pain in gone. I will be honest, I had doubts that anyone could help me and surgery was my only option. I am so happy I was wrong! Dr. Jan is the BEST! She is gentle, she listens and she knows her work. Our cat was sick and we found out our Veterinarian had moved from another facility to Valley Veterinary Clinic (30 miles away) We trust Dr. Megan Thomas and would follow her anywhere to care for our cats. She is thorough, detailed and it was such a relief to find her again. What a pleasant experience at Valley Veterinary Clinic. From the first call to the visit, everyone was so helpful and kind. Dina and Mindy are top notch as well as both Vet Techs (sorry I didn't get your names) you all did such a great job. I also liked the separate waiting areas for Dogs and Cats. The facility is older and I LOVED the warm atmosphere; don't change a thing. You could tell so many fur families have been cared for here. Everything was spotless and organized. What a great place to find to care for our cats. Thank you for taking such good care of Walter. He is already feeling much better.
the ONLY place I trust with my cats. My cats are my reason for living, so I give them the best care and got them pet insurance. I drive 1.5 hours just to come here. I recently got my 3 year old's teeth cleaned, and they did an excellent job. I will say it was definitely more pricier than other places, but cats are notorious for hiding diseases that have fatal consequences, so I didn't want to skimp out on my cat's teeth cleaning.
I brought my other cat Anubis here and two other vets couldn't diagnose her and had already spent $1,200 only to be told they didn't know what was wrong with her, when she had a fever of 104 degrees. I brought her here, they give me the diagnosis in one day, and I had emergency pyometra surgery for my cat the next day (a condition in which a cat's uterus gets full of puss. I had just adopted her from a family being evicted, so she had never been to the vet before me and was already 3 years old.)
They give you updates when they are done as well, and follow up the next day. Absolutely exceptional service. My cats are everything to me.

I've been going to Pilates with Passion for over 10 years (with some breaks due to illness). Kelly is smart, fit, and very knowledgeable as well as a great instructor. She works at your skill level and makes accommodations for any special needs. Kelly helped me to lose 50lbs after 9 months of high dose steroids, to recover after a hip replacement, and regain motion and strength after two disc replacements and a second hip surgery. Plus Pilates is fun, graceful, and challenging. (I tried several classes at Club Pilates and there is so much more to it than what they teach, plus they don't teach you the core ideas or the ways to be safe. One of the moves they had my class do was not a traditional Pilates manoeuvre and I actually fractured my T11 vertebra while trying to do it. There's a reason the classes are cheaper.) Go to Pilates with Passion for the real deal.
My only regret is that I didn't join two years ago when I moved back here!I'd been trying to find the right gym fit for me, so it took a while, but Club Pilates is where it's at. I'd been feeling SO out of shape and I'm already feeling such a difference in my body. I feel stronger and tighter and the best part is that I find it fun, which makes any exercise that much better! I love that there are people of all sizes and ages and the instructors have been so helpful. I've told them whenever I've had any limitations and they totally work with me within those, and I also appreciate how they correct my form if it's not right. (Shout-out to the front desk staff too for helping me get oriented so quickly.) Love this place!

Excellent! I just moved here and went to Roxanne kind of last minute looking for desperate pain relief. I have multiple chronic illnesses and chronic pain and immunocompromised and asking to mask was comfortable which really helped me feel safe and in good hands. I have a lot of anxiety and medical ptsd and walking in I immediately felt like I was in a safe space with healing energy! She really knows what she is doing for tension relief and deep tissue. I cant wait to try some other techniques like cupping with her and try to convince my family to go in for care too. I will be going back for sure! Also I am non wheel chair using disabled and the building had adequate parking and is accessible IMO

Phil is by far the best teacher out there ! I had lessons with another company and learnt more in the first 10 minutes with his knowledge and guidance than all the other lessons ! I failed my first behind the wheel test but I know now with Phil I will pass the next one ! The absolute best !!
As a first-time rider, I am so thankful for the experience with MRE. The classroom instruction was well-presented and actually useful (thanks Dave and new guy whose name I can't remember)! The best is of course the hands-on instruction. The first day was very challenging for me as I simply got used to shifting (still working on shifting into 2nd and not into Neutral) and the throttle. The second day improved my confidence. While I came close to passing the practical portion, I did have to come back and repeat the 2nd day of instruction and retake the test. The difference in my confidence and ability was marked. Big thanks to Elliot and Bob for the calm and professional instruction and for the feedback and coaching which made a huge difference. I'm looking forward to obtaining my motorcycle license and being able to accompany my husband on future trips, rather than just being a passenger. Highly recommended.
Aaa is always extremely helpful whether you call or go in person. I've been with them for many many years even with my car insurance and renters. Their prices are better than anywhere else.
