To safely remediate the mold I needed to encapsulate and remove all the impacted building materials. “It was a pleasure working with Nader Iskander and his associates. We had our garage converted into an ADU. Nader was on top of everything. The whole project took less than 3 months. He designed the project as well as forsaw it from start to finish. We had 640 sq.ft. to work with and he made every square foot count. We ended up with a beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath house. He included some great features like sensored exhaust fan and lighting in the bathroom. The shower doors are also awesome and a huge space saver. The kitchen cabinets are of great quality. “Prior to a HVAC project, we were referred to Allied Insulation to remove and vacuum the loose insulation from our attic. We contacted Allied Insulation, and they came out immediately. Their technician was also really knowledgeable, gave us a quote and day they could start. They were reasonable, knowledgeable and showed up on time, took all of the old insulation out of the attic and replaced it with state-of-the-art maximum density insulation. They accomplished the entire job in one day including clean-up. I can't say enough about these folks.“
