Tony was also able to recommend what are the latest technology from whisper quiet bathroom fans, glass fireplace, tankless water heaters and everything else in between. “Jorge and his crew were wonderful. Jorge was patient and clearly explained to me the entire process from the work itself to the financing that was offered which was the GoGreen financing. This project initially started off as just a replacement of the roof, but after he explained what GoGreen financing covered, I decided to add painting of the house as well.When he came over for the initial estimate, he walked with me around the property explaining what needed to be replaced but also indicated which pieces could remain so that it won’t be replaced unnecessarily. I feel other contractors would say replace everything just to inflate the cost. When it came time to paint the house, he personally came over to provide color swatches of the color that I wanted.What I really appreciated the most was his communication with the job and the timeline for completion. I received daily communications from him on what his crew would be working on that day or the next day. One of the days of roof work, there was going to be a small chance of rain the next day. Him being concerned with it, he let me know that night that he’ll send a couple of people over to cover up the bare roof so that it won’t be exposed to the elements the next morning. Now THAT is caring service.In addition, his crew is just as amazing. After taking off the shingles from the old roof, they made sure to clean up everything on the ground. It really looked like they had not placed the old stuff there in the first place. After the paint work, they meticulously scrubbed the small bits of paint on the floor and cleaned up everything.Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with his professionalism and quality of work. “It was a pleasure working with Nader Iskander and his associates. We had our garage converted into an ADU. Nader was on top of everything. The whole project took less than 3 months. He designed the project as well as forsaw it from start to finish. We had 640 sq.ft. to work with and he made every square foot count. We ended up with a beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath house. He included some great features like sensored exhaust fan and lighting in the bathroom. The shower doors are also awesome and a huge space saver. The kitchen cabinets are of great quality. He was always available to us for any questions or concerns we had. The process was smooth and even when unforeseen issues came up he addressed them right away. We are very grateful we found NDC.
