“Vincent and his team are incredible, and came through for me last minute during a very stressful time. I’m a tenant dealing with a nightmare slumlord situation wherein I was left with exposed cavities/holes in my ceiling, etc., and had to have various mold and asbestos inspections last minute. They were very thorough and accommodating throughout. They did the proper testing and inspections that my landlords failed to do, which brought to my attention that I’ve been living with various types of mold, including black mold, and major water damage. Araceli and her colleagues were also great and very patient (I had a multitude of questions and calls. Hehe.). I definitely recommend them if you have any water damage and mold issues. “My faucet was frozen in an awkward place and wouldn't move. They came out with a better faucet replacement. John was very knowledgeable, polite, informative and had a great smile. He went the extra mile and put in a soap dispenser we had because we couldn't get under the sink. He laid down a clean cloth on the floor, put everything back in it's place, cleaned up and thanked me with a hand shake.

“Due to significant water damage from the last rain, Servpro of Northwest Long Beach came to rescue. Talked to dispatch and the very next day one of their project managers showed up and accessed the damage. Drywalls had to be removed and having experienced with previous contractors, I expected dust & debris left behind. I was honestly shocked, not a drop of anything, no dust. “Absolutely in love with PuroClean. We had a company come do water remediation that fell way below acceptable (left things wet that they said they had taken out, did not do mold remediation, etc. Outside of also just being rude in general as if it was an inconvenience to come do our job.) We called our insurance agent and switched to PuroClean, an independent local company, and have never been happier with a decision. Sarah and Steph in the office are so polite and quick, they had someone out so quickly (Stefan, who is also wonderful and explained the whole process step by step). He quickly identified what the other company had missed and within three days had a pod and a dumpster delivered and a crew came out to sort through our stuff, remove trash and wet wood, and wiped and sanitized everything. The crew themselves were so nice and friendly (two women named Bri, and a woman named Honor) and SO quick at their jobs. I cannot recommend PuroClean enough.
